(All Personal posessions must be removed prior to cleaning services rendered.)
Minimum Cleaning Requirements for out processing, If pay for cleaning.
1. Remove all trash.
2. Broom sweep all flooring.
3.Remove excess grease build-up, stains and spills from all appliances, i.e., range, exhaust fan, refrigerator and dishwasher (inside and out).
4. Remove all unauthorized graffiti and markings from walls and ceilings that aren't permanent.
5. Clean both front and backyards of all extraneous materials i.e., rubbish and garbage only (will not pick up personal posessions).
6.Clean exterior doors, doorways, porches, and patios.
7. Clean garage, storage areas, car ports to include trash and recycling containers. Ensure all trash and personal belongings are removed from the premises.
8. Unwanted personal items and animal feces are not covered in the yard cleaning contract.
9. If the above mentioned actions are not taken prior to the final inspection, additional charges will be assessed.
